Where can I find the specs for the PMF format...tried searching in this and other forums with no luck...

I can't figure what PMF you're looking for, but fileext gave me the following:

http://filext.com/file-extension/pmf

I'd guess he's looking for the PSP's native video format used in official games.

AFAIK there's not much known about it....
