I'm hoping I'm not crossing into the hall of shame here on my first post.

I am curios if anyone has looked at the difference between the PS3 test and consumer model. Has the HV been disabled on the test unit or is it just the OS that is different, what it would take is merely a HD swap to check this (lemme guess though there's probably serial drive locks as well). I'm in between jobs right now but I intended to try this when I'm in my new cube with my dev kits.
