Do anyone know how to load data from the ram? Do I need to access ram:/?

With a Virtual Driver Library I created, it will compile on the psp sdk, but it give me this message "800200D9" or something close. How do I fix it so it can run? I cant send my program, but I can make a quick example because everything work until I use the commands.
