I've discovered a strange problem with sceKernelWaitEventFlag

I've created a event flag with the option WAIT_MULTIPLE. When
I try to lock my thread in waiting of an event, I obtain an error:

800200D1 (Permission denied)

The error is present in firmware 1.50 or in firmware 1.50 emulated
by custom firmware 3.90.

Do you have some tips about this problem ?
