Does anyone have any info regarding using the PSP's native UI, ie. the lists, menus, the animated background in a PSP app? Is this even possible?

i guess you should have a look at the sceVshCommonGui module (common_gui.prx)

(and maybe sceVshCommonUtil and scePaf ...)
