In dlanor notes.txt from uLaunchELF v3.84(A ps2 HDD Tools),it says that need the ps2sdk source to build the Enveriment for complie and link.
But there's just bin format download on site, Could anyone tell me where to download the source if it's open source ?

Or even download it with a subversion client:
