I have installed cygwin and psptoolchain,when I type ./toolchain.sh in the bash shell an error occur:
set $pspdev before continuing
../depends/check-pspdev.sh:failed
what should I do?

You need to set the PSPdev path in the bashprofile file.. (I think its bash profile, I dont use cygwin)
