Don't install CYGWIN!
Cygwin, is big, bulky and slow.
Altogether it adds up to over a GB and has functions you'll NEVER use.
Install Devkit Pro.
It's about 10 times less bulky, triple the speed and even intergrates with MSDOS and some programs too!

Oh yeah...
Install Devkit Pro but install Heimdall's W32 PSP toolchain instead. It's up to date! |

Cygwin ftw (for those who use Windows)
I prefer Linux.
