can anyone give me a tutorial on how to do this or maybe link me to an iso thats already been embedded

Just look for last ps2link version into cvs, you'll find everything you need.

And with last version I hope you mean the last tag in cvs, not the latest sources, wich do include what he wants surely, but its also bundled with potential bugs, yes its called development.
