Hi, every1.

is it possible to make an dvd .elf file4ps2 like a menu that choices to run what game you want

for example menu.
1. Resident Evil 1
2. Resident Evil 2
3. FF7
4. etc..

if is possible what programs do I need.

Sounds like warez to me. And this is the worng place to ask about how to run your copied games. However if you wanted to run homebrew elfs (doubt it) you can use PS2Menu or Altimit.
