I want to develop an online poker application similar to pokerstars.com for the PS2.

1. I've been told that Sony would not allow such a game on PS2. Is that true, and why? how do they control that?

2. How do I find a good programmer or developer that I can trust who can help me produce the application?

3. how does one produce disks that will work in unmodded PS2s?

4. could this be done as a homebrew? or, thru sony licencing? or what?

All of this is off-topic. Most of your questions should be addressed to Sony, not a homebrew programming board. Locked.
