I'm new to the development community, but I do have a few questions. I was planning on making a PSP game that everyone would enjoy, I'm sure. But I'm not quite sure how to do a few things such as...

Wifi - Is there a way to make a Homebrew Application connect to a Wifi connection then connect to an IP adress? If so, how?

Import - Lets say I wanted to import (Something) into the database. How would I go about that?

I want to import stuff like Cards or something. Like if a set is missing, you can import them to make them available in the homebrew game. Like if a set comes out and you don't have it in the game, you can just update it without having to download an update I make.

Sure, you have full internet access once connected.

Please look at the example code and source from other open source PSP programs before asking silly questions.
