Hi All:

I am inspired to write some code for PSP. Do anybody know if at all there is a way to run homebrew applications on Firmware 3.51 ?
If not how can I downgrade it to the one which will let me run Homebrew stuff?

Please help!
Anand

Of course you can this should be of help: http://silverspring.lan.st/3.5x/index.html and use the search function of these forums if you don't know what to do with those NIDs but why would you wan't to use that fw anyway when you can use 3.71 or 3.80 and also you might want to have a look at the 1.50 addon.

I did not understand. Do you mean 3.71 or 3.80 runs the homebrew stuff ?
Are you refering to M33 as 1.50 Add on ?

I tried installing 3.71 with M33 and it give me the error : 80020148

I just had a look at the link that you sent. Is that the object code for 3.XX kernel?

I am definately going to search the forum about what to do with those list of prx's.

I am new to PSP development. Please bare with my stupid questions.

If you are running offical firmware, you need to follow something like this. Or more generally, see this. This is a development forum, and a forum like that one is a better place to start until you are actually developing software.
