I am not sure how many times/if this has been asked before...

But I am completely new, and was wondering if homebrew code was able to be booted out of the USB slot? I have an American PS2 and its unmodified

Please answer on how/if this is possible, and where to go to learn more.

Again, sorry if this has been asked, i couldn't find it

No, you cannot just plug a usb thumb drive into the ps2 and have it magically boot. The question of how to boot code has been answered numerous times already on these forums, please use a search.
