i was just wondering if anyone has this: PSPersonalize v1.0, and knows how to use it.. or if theres another way to change the backgrounds.

If you downloaded the zip file it should have the instructions in it. If you're confused as to where to put the .bmp files, just drop it in your PSP memory stick directory, not in any of the folders. Then run PSPersonalize and follow the prompts. After it says "finished" power off the system (hold power for 5 seconds or so) then reboot.
