I finally got GTA:LCS and started testing in practice the homebrew programs.

Firstly I compiled (successfully) Tetris from Fanjita's Hombrew Devkit and tried to run it. Surprise : it didn't. I was faced with the black screen. I thought maybe I did something wrong, turned PSP on again, retried. This time it worked.

I verified that Tetris bin file compiled on my machine is exactly the same size as Fanjita's so I did not even bother to verify the checksums. I tried some times with both my bin and Fanjita's bin from the first Tetris pack.

In most cases it runs well, but sometimes it will hang with a white screen after restarting the game (when the player fills the well entirely with blocks), sometimes PSP will turn off when loading it and occasionally (very rarely) there will be one block which is not of proper shape.

Now my question is, is it a normal thing or there is something wrong with my PSP? I thought that since this is in fact experimental software, there might be occasional glitches like that, but then again I began to have doubts and thought I'd ask.

My firmware is 2.50 on Japanese 1000G PSP, the GTA game is american version (Zone 1), maybe someone will find this information useful.

It is not that I am being cheeky at the game and I fully acknowledge great work that Fanjita does, but since it might be potentially useful to inform people here about this, I thought I would share the information.
