I want to add at3rac3 background music playing to my app, but can't seem to find any encoders for (wav/mp3/ogg) -> at3 for me to convert my environment sounds into. Are there _any_ at3 encoders for linux? I'd even settle for a basic windows one if I had too. Thanks

Exact Audio Copy for windows can encode to AT3 I think (the freely available, not just the PSP-customized for gta & co).
