Hi guys! I followed these instructions
http://en.wikibooks.org/wiki/PSP_Programming/Compiling_PSP_Programs
unpacked latest toolchain into home/my_username/, chmoded toolchain.sh and launched it but it told me: ERROR: automake command not found, though I installed automake and during search of cygwin folder there are lots of "automake" files such as "automake.sh.done" etc... What's the problem? I've tried reinstalling cygwin several times - nothing helps :(

That wiki page appears to be hacked - someone looks to have changed references to the programmers who created the PSP toolchain to say "hackers" with a link to this book - "The Hacker Crackdown, law and disorder on the electronic frontier."
