Is it possible to get the Tom Tom software to work on the PSP? I know that i will need a GPRS Reviever but can i use the PDA TOM TOM software on the PSP?

absolutely not. a pda is completely different from a psp.
the only way is porting it to psp but you have the source of it? i don't think so...
