I heard it can be done but how. Where can I do it and how can I put an NES Emulator and ROM on my PSP? Thanks.

If your PSP is American, you can't. If you upgraded the firmware on your PSP, you can't. If you don't have any space left on your memory stick, you can't. If you got your PSP from Japan and it still has a 1.0 firmware version, you can download emulators and things from the PSPWiki.
