Yup!
Once a PSP has been homebrew enabled you can run code on it.
Homebrew enabling can be done on ANY PSP.
Homebrew enabling is also known as:
Downgrading
Chipping
Pandoraizing
Modifying
Hehe, sounds like a drug meeting!
Using the "pandora" method, any PSP, of any firmware can be hacked and can run code.
