They are usually found only in updates (though the EBOOT specification allows you to add one to any EBOOT) and are encrypted heavily. It contains files for each model (phat, slim, 3k) that can only be decrypted using that particular PSP model as the keys are in the IPL.
In short you'll have to use tools like Psardumper. |

thx mate..but does the latest version of psardumper work on the 5.03? if it does, where can i get it??
