I know the topic may seem like I'm asking for the thread to be locked, but I'm not ;). I was just wondering if any homebrew PS2 coders could tell me how well a PS2 emulator, such as PCSX2, does at executing low-level functions and homebrew code in general (aka something you'd be able to make and compile in PS2SDK). I know it's always best to test on real hardware, but whenever I have a few seconds to dedicate to personal projects, I seem to be far away from a real PS2 unit (w00t to laptop coding!). Thanks in advance for any information and/or recommended tweaks related to the topic.
