Hello,

As I needed a kind of DMA GIF Tag analyzer, I have compiled GIFer from the Playstation Linux forums for Windows. This tool gets a file (up to you to dump your vars to a file until I'll release a host:/dump lib) as input and translates the bit and bytes into GIF registers and values....

nothing special, just for lazy people who don't want to look into original code :D
