As far as I know, data.bin is data.psp,but how to convert data.bin to data.psp, is there any software?

What's more, what is data.psar, what files composed it, and how to make it.

Maybe my question a little stupid, but still hopping somebody pointing a way to me.

Erm.. DATA.PSP is just an ELF file.

DATA.PSAR contains all the firmware modules which is extracted when you run a fw update.. what use would it be to make your own? Anyway they probably have some Sony internal soft for building them.
