I try to build insight 6.4 on cygwin but get build errors (tcl84.dll undefined references)

Updated cygwin, did a complete psp toolchain build first followed by: toolchain -gdb -i -d

Anyone a solution?

(i'm a bit surprised no one else ran into this. Am i the first psp insight on cygwin user??)
