This is a total rewrite of a set of batch files I made earlier to allow Drag-Drop access to the tools of Loser's Win32 ps2dev package. Those did not work right with a proper Cygwin setup, which I recently installed, so I started over from scratch.

This new set does work properly with Cygwin, using bash as the main shell for all operations, and still allows simple drag-drop of makefiles and shell scripts, just like my old batch set. I hope others will find it as useful as I do myself.
