E:\CYGWIN\bin\bash.exe (1800): *** system shared memory version mismatch detected - 0x75BE0074/0x75BE0084.
This problem is probably due to using incompatible versions of the cygwin DLL.
Search for cygwin1.dll using the Windows Start->Find/Search facility and delete all but the most recent version. The most recent version *should* reside in x:\cygwin\bin, where 'x' is the drive on which you have installed the cygwin distribution. Rebooting is also suggested if you are unable to find another cygwin DLL.

This problem pops up when i try to run cygwin.bat and there are no other cygwin1.dll, yet it still detects an older version. I have try rebooting, but it still has this problem

Anybody got some idea on how to fix?

I had a similar problem. I had to search online for the newest version of cygwin1.dll. The setup still thinks it's an older version, but the setup is wrong.

Things like OpenSSH for Win32 and PSP Video9 have their own versions of cygwin1.dll. Either move everything over to cygwin (ie. use sshd), or remove the cygwin1.dll files from each of the other installations and upgrade cygwin to the latest version.
