Well here's my dilema. I have a couple PS2 media players, (PS2Reality media player and SMS), that can stream videos from my PC to my PS2 to watch on my TV. I have an old big PS2 that has a mod chip and I have an unmodded PSTwo (the slim one.). I couldn't get a network adapter to work with my modded PS2 so that's why I wound up getting the PSTwo, so I could play games online.
My question is this, could I use my modded PS2 to copy a booter program, or one of the media players themselves, onto a memory card and then use that memory card to launch a media player on my unmodded PSTwo? I know the Independence Exploit won't work on the PSTwo but maybe there's another way to boot from a memory card? |

| no there isn't, you could only use an original ps2linux disc with reload, action replay max evo with an usb memory stick or a mod |
