Hey, I'm new to developing, just started yesterday.
Anyway, I got cygwin to redirect to psptoolchain, and when I try to run ./toolchain.sh, it tells me I need to install autoconf.

How do I install it?

Run cygwin installer again and install autoconf.

Just download the precompiled toolchain and save 2 hours of your life.

Install default cygwin, but select the whole devel, and wget from under web.
