I just dumped my copy of Puzzle Bobble (only game that would fit on my mem stick) for analysis and I'm not sure exactly which file is the executable.

Inside the directory .../PSP_GAME/SYSDIR I found EBOOT.BIN (1,140,512 bytes) and BOOT.BIN (1,140,168 bytes)

Are either of these the actual executable? or am I missing something completely?

TIA

They both are.

Well eboot is encrypted and boot is not. Perhaps somthing as simple as a hexeditor might have lead you to this conclusion ;)
