I want to be able to code my own homebrew..

I also want to know how psp actually works inside software wise.

Is there any tutorials that cover this for newbies like myself?

Thanks in advance.

Edit: so they are written in C and assembly?

Yeah, c or c++ or asm. Search these forums and the psphacker forums for info about how to start programin, and be warned it's not easy as pie.
