Hi,
I'm currently having fun trying to extract some data from the main file data of SoulCalibur 2 on ps2.
I found a lots of pictures data in a raw format, but also found headers.
and especially a header that remind me TIM file from psx, (beginning by 0x00000010), here it's 0x00000020, so I guess TIM v2 file format ?
As I don't know really about ps2 dev I was wondering where I could find some info about ps2 pictures file format, and/or sound or 3D file format.
I also found a lots of headers beginning by 0x00040402 (02 04 04 00 in little endian in the file)
does it remind you anything ?

We try to avoid topics on extracting audio/video/images from commercial games as it doesn't really advance the state of the art of homebrew dev and has all sorts of possible copyright issues, things one prefers to avoid.

Sorry sorry to lock your thread, but it saves all sorts of trouble later.
