Why PSPSDK has not need outpatch ?

is this because he uses psp-gcc instead ee-gcc ?

And from me too ... I was messing about with outpatch and couldn't get it to work. I read this, tried just renaming to .elf, started with PSPDEV Launcher, and bingo!
