I want to create a reverse nethost and i would also like to learn / be able to communicate from psp to psp, computer to computer, psp to computer how would i do this i'm thinking about though http using libcurl although i dont know how to use libcurl i can probably learn

how would i connect though http though

I'm not sure this helps, but you can find information on infrastructure mode at the following links:

psppet's code is probably a bit old, but the thread on psp-programming is quite recent, so I believe it could be a good starting point.

You also have samples in the SDK to get started, I believe
