Hi,
First of all, i've been looking everywhere for a solution to this problem, but it seems that either nobody has this exact problem, or their solutions dont work (for me). First up, my pc specs are as follows:

AMD 2500+
512 DDR
Radeon 9200 LE 256mb 256bit

I get this error when i execute that './toolchain.sh' (i dont get it immediately, it runs for about 5 mins before this happens)

This post is probably related
http://forums.ps2dev.org/viewtopic.php?t=8553
I think it's a reasonably common problem with cygwin itself which for some reason has been round for a while and not been fixed. Anyway, can't help to follow some of those hints.
