Was there ever any research done on the .rco files of 3.00 and above? Are they encrypted or packed? And if packed, then with what?

IIRC the .RCOs of firmwares higher than 2.50/2.60 are encrypted and have not been decrypted so far.

The 2.50+ .rco files are scrambled. This has been looked into i think, i will have to ask.
