How do build psp-insight?

So I've changed over from the xorloser package to using cygwin again. Since I just reformatted my HDD, I figured I'd give it a fresh start. I've built the toolchain using ./toolchain.sh -d -e -i , so I could get gdb and insight.

One thing I've noticed is that it built gdb.exe, and insight.exe (neither of which connects successfully to my PSP), but I also have in my pspdev directory, a psp-gdb.exe, which will successfully connect, but there is no psp-insight.exe. Why might this be? How could I go about building this specialized insight?
