how is it that the they find out which functio0ns work with the psp and which functions don't?

Do they use the prx decrypter or something, sorry im just a little curious thats all, as there have been many psp libs all with different functions and things

Also if you have any other useful info that ishighly important that i know please tell me so i dont have to keep making useless threads that take up space
