I want to send a friend a video from my digital camcorder that he can play on his PS2.
I know I can't use VCD or SVCD. Is there any format I can use that the PS2 will recognise?

DVD Video. Burn a DVD-R with your video authored in DVD-Video, and that's about it. Google around for dvd authoring softwares, there are a dozen of them.

| You're too nice. Since this is a develolpment forum, you could have pointed to the webcvs copy of an mpeg video decompressor library, and confused the user, heh. |

I know this is a development forum, but it was the only PS2 forum I could find that could answer a simple technical question.
Thanks Pixel. I thought that was the answer, but I was hoping there may have been a way to trick the PS2 into reading the disc.
