help!!! i keep geeting this error. i have tried on both laptop and pc and still get it wtf how do i fix it? hears a ss

ok i fixed it all i did was copy cygwin from cygwin/bin/cygwin1.dll to windows/system32 and it works

Try installing linux and compiling that way..

This is not the best solution. arthur92710 you better update your cygwin to the lateset version first and install all the packages needed for PSPSDK.

And make sure you are using the lateset toolchain. Follow the toolchain readme.
