|

Hello,
I have a PSP fat with 3.40 OE firmware and I'm happy with it, but the problem is that a lot of people are reporting me that MasterBoy for example isn't working (error 80020001: the game could not be started).
I'm not sure of what I should tell them... what should I do? Recompile it with a special dev kit? Patch it?
Sorry if the subject has already been talked about, I couldn't find it. Thanks in advance _________________ Sorry for my bad english

Masterboy works fine on 3.90 M33 on a slim..
That explains a lot :)
The only problem im having is that the settings aren't right (showing CPU etc) and then bunking out. I think that's my fault anyway |

| From the threads I've seen, that error is generally reported by people trying to use a cfw program on pure 1.50 firmware. 1.50 requires apps be Kxploited to run, and cfw programs normally aren't anymore. That was one of the big draws of 3.xx cfw over 1.50 - no more need to do kxploit to get kernel mode apps running. Of course, with the advent of the slim, devs shouldn't be doing kernel mode apps anymore. |
